Comprehensive Landscaping Services for Portland Properties

DESIGN

When working with Habitat Gardens for landscaping services, we’re co-creating from concept to installation. You may have a vision or may need extra guidance deciding what to do with your property. We’ll discover what best suits you and your family and tailor a plan for an outdoor space you’ll use and enjoy.

Like every homeowner and property, our landscape designs are all unique. We consider your budget, style and plant preferences, as well as your site conditions to create a sustainable, intentional design that will last over time. Our design specialties include:

  • Patios and paths

  • Concept and master plans

  • Four-season plant selections

  • Backyard Habitat planting plans

  • Rain gardens and drainage solutions

  • Outdoor living areas for urban gardens

BUILD

We are a licensed landscape contracting business in the state of Oregon that builds the hardscape and construction elements of your design. As we work on site, we adapt the plan to your property’s unique site conditions. Our crew works efficiently and respects your space throughout the building process.

We also coordinate with other contractors, if necessary, and provide project management for plans involving concrete, welding, electrical, and other constructions services outside our scope of expertise.

  • Rain gardens and storm water solutions

  • Flagstone and concrete paver patios

  • Retaining walls and accent boulders

  • Steel edging with gravel paths

  • Custom fences and trellises

  • Pergolas and arbors

  • Raised garden beds

  • Drip irrigation

INSTALL

The landscape installation phase is where your project comes to life.  During this phase we install the plantings, irrigation, lighting, and any remaining finishing touches. We balance beauty and sustainability to allow the best version of your plan to emerge.

Our designers collaborate with the project manager, oversee the final details, and thoughtfully place plants with intention, creating Pacific Northwest gardens that will thrive for years to come.
